Dunia..

Aku bersyukur, aku berada di mana aku berada sekarang. Walau sedikit keperitan dan kesusahan. Tangisan yg kecil ini sedikit pun tidak boleh dibandingkan dengan tangisan mereka yang berada di sana. Di mana kezaliman dan penindasan berleluasa. Aku terlupa dan mengeluh.. Keluhan walaupun sesat itu tidak dapat dibandingkan dengan mereka yang setiap hari berjuang ke untuk mendapat hak mereka sebagai manusia. Sebagai penduduk di negara mereka sendiri.

EARTH HOUR 2009

Woohoo~
Bulan Mac tahun lepas pernah tulis entri tentang earth hour juge.

Earth Hour 2008

Teringin nak ikut serta seperti negara lain yg akan tutup segala bekalan elektrik mereka.
Dan teringin nak tshirt earth hour itu juge!
Tapi syok sendiri sorg sorg.
Sebab masa tu Malaysia tak join event ini lagi. (event ke? ntah ntah)

Tahun ni Malaysia ikut serta!
Yay!
Tapi t-shirt tu da tak bole beli.
sbb hari ni last order tshirt itu.
Huwaa..
Rugi rugi.
kene tggu tahun depan pule. 2010!
Itu pun kalau hidup lagi. (i-Allah)

Ada seorang budak perempuan dari Subang Jaya.
Dia tulis poem tentang Earth Hour dalam profile facebooknya.

Hi, Im Aina, im really fascinated in this Earth Hour and so i wrote a poem. I hope you and your partners will enjoy it. :D by the way all copyrights belong to me, it was made all by me. I really would like to do more in Earth Hour but im just a 14 year old, so i cant do much.

Earth Hour

Earth's life wont last that long,
When global warming drains them all,
It used to be a great clean place,
But now its just a place for haze.

Rubish and trash are everywhere,
Many people dont seem to care,
Seeing this as it breaks my heart,
Why wont people just pick it up.

Many lights and air polution,
Alot of different deadly solutions,
Causing problems like acid rain,
It just makes me go insane.

Walking home everyday from school,
If it rains, im soon in the blues,
Knowing that if i walked in the rain,
I would be sick all the way.

Catastrophies and disasters,
Slowly increasing in numbers,
Sooner or later i may not complain,
Malaysia might even have hurricanes.

Skin cancer,Asthma and not forgeting S.A.R.S,
Are now starting to spread,
These diseases are deadly,
And are killing more people towards the end.

Im crying out to everyone,
Help us in Earth Hour,
So please give us a hand to lend,
To stop the beginning of the end.

"Earth Hour is an international event that asks households and businesses to turn off their lights and non-essential electrical appliances for one hour on the evening of 29 March at 8 pm local time until 9 pm to promote electricity conservation and thus lower carbon emissions" -wikipedia

Oleh itu, mari beramai -ramai menjayakan program inih.
Untuk satu jam antara 8-9 mlm ni, kite sume tutup elektrik utk sementara waktu.
Even Ct- torrent utk dak MMU pun akan tutup sekejap utk ikut serta dlm event nih.
Semalam tgh malam datu hostel da gelap. tataula itu utk earh hour jugak ke ape. hahah!

Idea ini dtg dari WWF Australia dan juga Sydney Morning Herald. Banyak jugak negara luar yg take part dlm event nih. Singapore, Thailand etc. Tapi nape Malaysia tak ade??

Baju die menarik. Nak satu bulih??
